Shipping policy
Free shipping on every order. No minimum.
Orders ship from our US warehouse. Standard ground gets to most US addresses in 3–5 business days.
Processing time
Orders placed before 2 PM ET on a business day ship the same business day. Orders placed after 2 PM ET, on weekends, or on US federal holidays ship the next business day. You'll get a shipping confirmation email with tracking as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.
Shipping methods
All US orders ship via standard ground at no cost to you. We don't currently offer expedited shipping options at checkout — if you need a faster method for a specific occasion, email support@topspyn.com and we'll see what we can do.
Where we ship
We ship to all 50 US states. We don't currently ship internationally or to PO boxes, APO/FPO/DPO addresses, or US territories outside the contiguous 50 + AK + HI. We'll update this policy as we expand.
Order tracking
You'll receive a tracking link by email when your order ships. If you don't see it within two business days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact support@topspyn.com.
Address errors
It's your responsibility to make sure the shipping address on your order is correct. If your order hasn't shipped yet, email support@topspyn.com immediately and we'll do our best to update it. Once an order has shipped, we can't change the destination.
Lost or stolen packages
If tracking shows your package as delivered but you haven't received it, please check with neighbors, building managers, and the carrier first. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email support@topspyn.com with your order number and we'll work with the carrier to resolve it. TOPSPYN LLC isn't responsible for packages stolen after confirmed delivery, but we'll do everything we can to help.
Damaged in transit
If your order arrives damaged, email support@topspyn.com within 7 days of delivery with photos of the packaging and the product. We'll send a replacement or issue a refund.
