Refund policy
30 days. No questions asked.
If you put on a TOPSPYN brace, took it on the court, and it didn't work for you — ship it back. We'll refund the order in full.
Return window
Returns must be initiated within 30 days of the delivery date. Beyond 30 days we're unable to accept returns.
Condition
The brace can be worn — we built it to be tested in real play. We just ask that it's clean, dry, and shipped back in its original packaging when possible. Items returned in damaged or unsanitary condition may be refused or refunded at a reduced rate.
How to initiate a return
Email support@topspyn.com with your order number and the reason for return. We'll reply within one business day with a return address and instructions. Please don't ship anything back without contacting us first — packages returned to the wrong address may not reach us.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or as a result of an error on our end. We recommend a trackable shipping method — TOPSPYN LLC isn't responsible for return packages lost in transit.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll issue a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take an additional 3–7 business days to appear on your statement. We'll email you when the refund is issued.
Exchanges
The fastest way to exchange for a different size is to place a new order for the size you want and return the original for a refund. Email support@topspyn.com if you'd like help.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged or defective, email support@topspyn.com within 7 days of delivery with photos and your order number. We'll cover return shipping and either replace the item or refund you in full.
Non-returnable items
Gift cards and final-sale items (clearly marked at checkout) are not eligible for return.
